Requirement Analysis

Documentation Preparation & Attestation
Prepare and officially attest all required employment documents—including the demand letter—through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chamber of Commerce
Embassy Portal Application & Approval
All attested documents are submitted via the official Nepal Embassy portal and, upon approval, the required fees are processed within 2–3 working days to proceed with recruitment authorization.
DoFE Approval & Candidate Selection
Upon approval of the demand letter by Nepal's Department of Foreign Employment, we conduct thorough interviews and select only qualified candidates who meet your requirements.
Final DoFE Clearance & Deployment
After receiving final clearance from the Department of Foreign Employment, fully vetted and legally approved workers are deployed and arrive ready to contribute in their new roles.
