Documentation: The requirement documents vary from country but all documents are required to meet the approved formality of the labor department government of Nepal.
Demand letter: A copy of demand letter from the employer containing all details of vacancy e.g. type of workers ,Required nature and number of workers ,salary, Qualification and Experiences.
Power of attorney: A copy of power of attorney duly authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs or ministry of labor from the country of employer in labor of the recruitment agency to act on his behalf.
Consular letter: A copy of visa advice/consular letter/work permit/N.O.C. etc duly authenticated.
Employment agreement: The agreement between the….company and employer mentioning recruiting terms and conditions.
Guarantee letter: The guarantee from the employers that all workers send to them will work with in that country only. The guarantee letter should be signed by authorized person.
All those document should have to attest from Nepal Embassy in related country. And all specimen of above documents (Legal Paper) will be provided upon request from our valued clients.
